GOLD COAST ESTATES

CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA

The Gold Coast Estates Association is voluntarily comprised of residents, both owners and renters, permanent and seasonal, who wish to enhance the beauty, safety, and goodwill of the neighborhood.  Activities, gatherings, and monthly general meetings are held October thru May. Learn more about becoming a member.

Cape Coral's Gold Coast is located east of Del Prado Boulevard and between the Midpoint and Cape Coral bridges. <Click/Tap image for larger version>.

The Gold Coast was one of the first areas to be developed as a waterfront paradise.  The community includes five neighborhoods — Beach, Cornwallis, Everest, Palaco Grande, and Savona — that combine vintage single-family homes with newer, luxurious estates.  Select properties provide endless views of the Caloosahatchee River all the way to Fort Myers.

GCEA Year

The GCEA year is made up of Board  & Committee Meetings along with events held primarily between October and May.

Our recurring events are our:
"Spring Fling, "Fall Fling", and Holiday Party.
Along with those, we hold "Happy Hours" getting together for a fun night bringing food to share, beverages to drink and a chair to sit on.  Various neighbors volunteer to be hosts and the party might be in front of their garage or even on their lanai by the pool, whatever works best for our gracious hosts.
